About Us
Family Tree Healthcare was founded in 2003. Family TreeHealthcare is a labor of love made possible, and inspired by the example set by the late Lillie Hines Marbley. FamilyTree Healthcare began as Family Tree Parenting Services in 2003, a non-profit Arizona based company made up of aculturally diverse staff and board of directors with more than 85 joint years of community service in working with families. Our years of experience come from various fields including social work, education, medicine, information management and administration.
Mission
Family Tree Healthcare is a multi-faceted healthcare clinic and social services company whose joint, guiding mission is to create programs in underserved populations of color which promotes healthy communities and families.
FTHC takes the holistic approach (a healing philosophy that views a patient as a whole person, not just a disease or a collection of symptoms) and extends it to working with communities—a philosophy that views a community as a whole, not just a community at risk or collection of problems, but one that has leaders, has assets, and has value to “heal itself.”

Family Tree Healthcare is a labor of love made possible, and inspired by the example set beforeus by Lillie Hines Marbley, an outstanding valley R.N., BSN well known for her selfless contributions in providing for patients and her community through direct care, health fairs, and teaching. She also sheltered abuse surviors, mentored woment of all ages, and mobilized other health care professionals to join her. Family Tree Healthcare honors and implements the teaching principles and theaccomplishments of our mother, the late LillieHines-Marbley. Lillie set an example, raised thebar, and left us a legacy…. Family TreeHealthcare, healing is in our blood.
